1 Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play on the vkb8 platform. Minors are not eligible to participate on this site. vkb8 reserves the right to verify age and may request an ID or other documents when necessary.
1.2 One Account Rule
Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found for the same person or household, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If false or misleading information is given, vkb8 has the right to close the account and freeze the balance.
1.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
2 Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vkb8 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
2.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum single deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
2.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to your own account and via the same method used for the deposit.
2.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, verification or security checks may cause this to take longer.
2.5 Identity Verification for Deposits and Withdrawals
vkb8 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal, in the interest of security. A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.
3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses can only be used in your own account and cannot be transferred to another account.
- The number of bonus claims from the same IP address or device is limited.
- Deposited funds and bonus funds are managed separately until the bonus conditions are met.
- vkb8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time without giving a reason.
4 VIP & Loyalty Program
vkb8's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play, you can advance through the levels step by step.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
VIP benefits are applied automatically. vkb8 reserves the right to change the VIP structure at any time. Cashback is credited to accounts every Monday on a weekly basis.
5 Fair Play Policy & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Deliberately exploiting system errors or software bugs.
- Collusion — attempting to control outcomes in coordination with other members.
- Placing opposing bets with the intent to circumvent bonus conditions.
- Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Bypassing geographic restrictions using a proxy, VPN, or other means.
5.2 Policy on Technical Issues
vkb8 reserves the right to void any incorrect winnings or bonuses displayed due to a technical error or server issue. In such cases, the actual deposited amount will be refunded.
6 Responsible Gaming
vkb8 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy games in a safe and controlled way.

9 Account Closure & Termination
9.1 Account Closure by Member
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before closure.
9.2 Account Closure by vkb8
vkb8 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Providing a false identity or documents.
- Suspicion of using funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, vkb8 may forfeit any earned bonuses and associated winnings.
10 Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Issues arising from third-party actions.
- Legal consequences of using the platform from a restricted region.

12 Changes to Terms & Validity
vkb8 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or by a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you have accepted the new Terms.
If any clause of these Terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be valid. All previous versions are superseded and the most recently updated version is considered to be in effect.
